About The Position

Dolan Auto Group is seeking a Product Specialist at Lexus in Reno, Nevada. The Product Specialist helps customers find vehicles that meet their needs and budgets, completes necessary paperwork, facilitates vehicle delivery, and builds ongoing customer relationships. The role requires knowledge of available vehicles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exemplary customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, including squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work with exposure to weather and potentially extreme temperature ranges.
