About The Position

Fields Volvo is looking for a Product Specialist to provide product demos, sell technology, assist customers with technology, and solve problems quickly and efficiently. This role is instrumental to the store's day-to-day operations. As a Volvo Product Specialist, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. You will be the first person customers meet when they enter the store, guiding them, advising them, and setting up their new products.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
Assist clients in identifying a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
Daily follow-up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
