This team partners closely across the organization to deliver practical, innovative solutions, from helping landfills improve compaction to supporting solar projects and mining operations with precision technology. Requirements

• Cross-functional collaboration: experience working closely with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Support teams.
• Independent decision-making: ability to make sound decisions independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Organization and prioritization: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Analytical problem-solving: ability to review information, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical next steps.
• Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewals.
• Be the customer advocate: by identifying friction points across Sales, Account Management, Service, Support, and Product teams—and helping drive smoother outcomes.
• Turn customer feedback + usage trends into action: by gathering insights, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear recommendations for leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Partner closely with Product Management: to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market feedback.
• Share the story with confidence: by preparing and presenting customer experience insights, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
