Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to align on project requirements and deliverables
  • Serve as the main point of contact and communication for customers engaged in migrations
  • Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to address customer specific migration requirements
  • Create and maintain project plans for assigned customer migrations projects
  • Drive meetings with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of vital project requirements
  • Manage day-to-day operations and logistics for customer migration
  • Maintain and update scoreboard of customer and program status
  • Communicate milestones and expectations to customers based on project plan and its dependencies
  • Compose comprehensive set of associated documentation, training materials, scripts, setup guides, etc. to allow for quick deployment with minimal set-up time and user experience
  • Package mobile-computer software for distribution from a mobile-device-management platform to facilitate quick and flawless device deployment
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance and/or support for active customer engagements (customer visits, events, trade-shows)
  • Maintain and improve lab and test environments
