Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education as well as work experience
- Ability to manage projects / processes

- Ability to coach, delegate and review the work of lower level employees
- Ability to handle difficult and sometimes complex problems
Responsibilities
- Plans and executes sales activities (active client research, booking and conducting client meetings etc.) in order to meet determined objectives
- Executes strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met
- May prepare marketing plans, in cooperation with the marketing department, as a basis for an effective sales intervention
- Develops and maintains important customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships
- Stays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
