Product Sales Specialist - Pet Health - Remote

We specialize in building customer loyalty and developing skilled salespeople. Our Sales division is dedicated to improving pet health through effective supplements. We aim to address the common issue of pet owners struggling with product usage and lacking guidance. As a Sales Specialist, referred to internally as a Protocol Review Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring pets receive optimal health benefits, building owner confidence, and advancing our mission. You will be the catalyst for turning purchases into significant transformations for both pets and their owners.
Requirements
- Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
- Knowledge, background, or passion around health and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
- Reliable internet and equipment required for frequent phone and video calls.
- A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
- Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio (Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%).
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services for a pet client company.
- Transform potential customers into brand loyalists.
- Work closely with leaders and utilize training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
- Operate with no cap on commission, offering limitless earning potential.
- Work from home in a global remote environment using provided communication tools and platforms.
