Pet Health Sales Specialist - Remote
About The Position
At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role is crucial because too many pet owners grab a product online and then flounder—unsure how to use it or missing the guidance to make it work. As a Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist in our world), you will be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. You will sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. You will work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists. You will work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos. You will operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential to integrate with our operations seamlessly. You will work from home in a global remote environment to have more time for what really matters, because commutes aren't fun. We are highly compliant and sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims. We partner with brands that care about what their selling, working with those who sell products of the highest quality and follow strict FDA regulations.
Requirements
- Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
- Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
- Reliable internet and equipment required for frequent phone and video calls.
- A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
- Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio (Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%).
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services for our pet client.
- Grow customer base by transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
- Learn sales techniques and Tribe's ethos through training and leadership.
- Operate with no cap on commission.
- Work from home in a global remote environment.
- Adhere to sales ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Represent brands that sell high-quality products and follow strict FDA regulations.
Benefits
- Two pay structures: Hourly + Commission (minimum wage + 4%-12% commission) or Guaranteed Draw Against Commission (14%-17% commission).
- On-target-earnings estimated between $55,000 - $100K in the first year.
- Paid Sales Training (first week covering sales scripts, process, compliance, and systems like Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage).
