About The Position
Pet Health Sales Specialist (called a Protocol Review Specialist internally) at Tribe Wellness Sales. The mission is to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements. This role is crucial for guiding pet owners on product usage and ensuring they achieve desired health outcomes. The specialist will turn purchases into transformations for pets and their owners, working with a pet client company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. The role involves selling products and services, growing customer relationships into brand loyalty, learning sales techniques through top-notch training, and earning with no cap on commission. The position is fully remote, allowing for a better work-life balance. The company emphasizes ethical sales practices, adhering to FTC regulations and avoiding unsubstantiated claims, and partners with brands that uphold high quality and FDA regulations.
Requirements
- Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
- Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
- Reliable internet and equipment are required.
- A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated internet speed, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services for our pet client.
- Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
- Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master selling and represent Tribe's ethos.
- Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
