About The Position

Attio is seeking a Product Partnerships lead to join their Marketing team. This role will focus on growing Attio's ecosystem of technology and ISV partners. The goal is to expand and deepen integrations with existing customer tools, build new commercial relationships with strategic partners, and define what a leading AI CRM ecosystem should entail. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship building, operate with speed, and effectively align cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) on complex objectives. This position is central to Attio's strategic decisions, including co-developing product features and launching joint offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, product, or product marketing roles
  • Experience working with ISVs, integrations, or API-driven products
  • Product intuition and commercial instincts (qualification, negotiation, prioritization)
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to get stuff done (GSD)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a commercial strategy for technology partners, collaborating with EPD on technical alignment, integration readiness, and marketing launches.
  • Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with leading tools used by customers, managing relationships, aligning on integration offerings, and leading co-marketing efforts.
  • Drive outbound partnership development with priority ISVs and ecosystem partners through research, outreach, qualification, and deal shaping.
  • Manage inbound partnership interest using a defined qualification framework to prioritize and activate partners.
  • Provide ongoing enablement, deal support, and performance tracking for active strategic partners to foster commercial growth.
  • Evaluate potential reseller or lead-sharing opportunities with existing partners, prioritizing scalable models suitable for a growing startup.
