About The Position

Pebble is reimagining recreational vehicles from the ground up. The Pebble Flow is the world’s first purpose-built electric travel trailer — no legacy compromises, built for the next generation of adventurers. We’re a fast-moving team at the intersection of clean energy, consumer hardware, and outdoor lifestyle, and we’re just getting started. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CPO. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, business development, and partnerships — with real ownership over initiatives that shape how Pebble grows. Expect broad scope, fast cycles, and direct exposure to company-defining decisions. We’re looking for someone hungry to build, not just advise.

Requirements

  • MBA candidate or recent graduate with a background in tech, finance, hospitality, or product
  • Strong analytical thinker who can move from data to narrative to decision
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do — you find the problem and drive it to resolution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by early-stage environments

Nice To Haves

  • Passionate about clean energy, EVs, or the outdoor/travel space a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives across product roadmap, go-to-market, and competitive positioning
  • Identify and develop partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, hospitality brands, and ecosystem players
  • Build business cases and frameworks that move leadership to act
  • Synthesize market research and competitive signals into product decisions that matter
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and finance to execute on priorities
  • Represent Pebble externally with partners, investors, and industry stakeholders
