  • Proven track record of taking at least one strategic partnership from conception to launch with measurable impact.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with Product Managers and engineers, capable of sketching integrations, reading OpenAPI specifications, and understanding concepts like authentication and rate limiting.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft briefs, partner narratives, and executive updates.
  • Strong project management skills to drive cross-functional roadmaps for partnerships without constant oversight.
  • Comfort with change and ambiguity, with a bias towards action and a willingness to create new processes.
  • Ability to accommodate 4+ hours of overlap with Bangalore, India time (requiring early or late Pacific Time calls).

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with AI infrastructure (LLM APIs, AI gateways, AI observability), MCP, API security, gateways, or SDK generation (e.g., Fern, Stainless, Speakeasy) ecosystems.
  • Background in engineering, product management, or developer relations.
  • Experience launching a marketplace listing, integration directory, or platform partner program.
  • Prior experience working at a developer-tools or API-first company.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 2-3 product partnership domains (AI infrastructure, MCP, IDE integrations, SDK generation, or platform partners) end-to-end, including strategy, partner relationship management, R&D integration, GTM execution, and impact measurement.
  • Drive integration depth by sketching integration concepts, scoping with PMs and engineers from both Postman and the partner, and managing the integration through to launch.
  • Build joint Go-To-Market (GTM) motions with each partner, encompassing launch communications, co-marketing initiatives, joint enablement, and sales plays.
  • Regularly measure and report on partner impact, including metrics such as installs, Monthly Active Users (MAU), joint pipeline, partner-attributed revenue, and integration usage.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partners at Postman, managing the partner relationship, maintaining communication cadence, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Position Postman Fabric Gateway, the MCP ecosystem, and IDE integrations within relevant partner conversations.
