About The Position

The PM / Product Owner plays a leadership role within the organization. They are accountable for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. This role blends program leadership with product ownership, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing work, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

7+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or products.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic mindset paired with disciplined execution.
Passionate about developing processes and scalable delivery models.
Deep knowledge of project and program management practices.
Strong facilitation, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
Own and influence product or initiative roadmaps; partner with leaders to prioritize work based on value, risk, and capacity.
Define vision, goals, and success metrics; manage backlogs and ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest-impact work.
Facilitate training, support internal teams, and coordinate with various personas to ensure consistent rollout and training delivery.
Provide clear, proactive updates to leadership on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
