About The Position

The Product Owner will own product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for full-stack software products, including AI/LLM-enabled products, in complex enterprise and healthcare environments. The role involves gathering business requirements, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating delivery with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and other partners. It also includes facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting product adoption, and driving continuous improvement aligned with business goals. It defines architectural intent and agent-executable tasks, establishes guardrails and governance for autonomous coding agents, and integrates agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines. The Product Owner also establishes review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code, mentors team members on AI-assisted development, and evaluates the effects of agentic IDEs on SDLC processes, security, compliance, auditability, traceability, and technical debt.
