Product Owner

REPAY•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

REPAY is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Owner to drive the product roadmap for its Clearing and Settlement (RCS) product. RCS processes transactions after authorization, turning payment activity into settled and reconciled client deposits. It serves as the system of record for accurate money movement, merchant and ISO deposits, settlement, reconciliation, and residual billing data. For merchants, the platform aggregates authorized transactions into a daily batch and ACH deposit. The Product Owner is responsible for RCS money movement functionality and the end-to-end service experience for ISO customers and merchants using the Clearing and Settlement platform. The role partners with business leaders, Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to translate stakeholder needs into product decisions and requirements that make clearing, settlement, and billing for high-volume consumer payments simpler, faster, and more reliable. The position will help expand market presence, improve user experience, and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder input into clear requirements, including hands-on use of AI tools for research, PRD development, and stakeholder communications, and to lead cross-functional teams from problem definition through Agile engineering delivery.
  • Skill in consultative, technical, and business discussions with diverse stakeholders and customers, balancing competing priorities and operational risk.
