About The Position

The ERP Product Owner for Infor CloudSuite is the primary liaison between business functional areas (P2P, R2R, Q2C, and PTD) and IT operations. The role represents the voice of the user and prioritizes the product backlog to deliver business value while promoting a clean-core strategy. It supports the transformation of manufacturing and operational procedures from manual processes and data entry toward AI- and automation-enabled operations. The Product Owner coordinates ERP vision and strategy, translates business needs into specifications and roadmaps, champions effective user experience and standard ERP functionality, and oversees integrations and data-related practices. The role also evaluates responsible generative AI and automation opportunities and ensures the ERP environment supports compliance, regulatory, sustainability-data, and data-sovereignty requirements. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities. Travel is less than 10%. The work environment may include designated areas requiring personal protective equipment, moderate noise, and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
