About The Position

The Product Owner will be responsible for defining goals and creating a vision for development projects within the ERP Practice department. This role serves as a primary liaison, communicating with stakeholders such as customers, business managers, and the development team to ensure clarity of goals and alignment with business objectives. The Product Owner will manage and prioritize backlog items based on overall strategy and business objectives, map project dependencies with the project coordinator, and prioritize projects based on scope, budget, and time. This role requires understanding and anticipating client needs to effectively manage the development process through all phases, including planning, refinement, review, and sprint.

Requirements

• Four (4) years related or software support experience
• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload, take accountability and deliver results to meet competing priorities
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative with a positive attitude
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related
• 2+ years of management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the product once vision, strategy, and product priorities are set through all phases including planning, refinement, review and sprint.
