About The Position

Bridgenext is a digital consulting services leader that helps clients innovate with intention and realize their digital aspirations by creating digital products, experiences, and solutions around what real people need. Our global consulting and delivery teams facilitate highly strategic digital initiatives through digital product engineering, automation, data engineering, and infrastructure modernization services, while elevating brands through digital experience, creative content, and customer data analytics services. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in PropTech or real estate management solutions to lead product strategy, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Owner will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and our engineering teams to ensure that new features and technology enhancements deliver measurable value.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in PropTech or real estate management solutions
Deep understanding of property management workflows, including maintenance requests, financial management, resident portals, and community engagement systems
Proven ability to deliver web and mobile products at scale using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
Experience collaborating with distributed development teams across geographies
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
Exposure to security and privacy compliance relevant to large-scale resident data management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging executives, technical teams, and end-users alike
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or real estate contexts
Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issue

Responsibilities

Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
Translate business requirements into actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing resident experience, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, data, and operations) to deliver high-quality features on time
Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress
