About The Position

Innova Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for the Observe to Agent (O2A) Platform. This role is central to multimodal AI, automation engineering, and enterprise digital transformation, driving capabilities that enhance operational efficiency. The Product Owner will define and scale the enterprise Observe capability and its operating model, ensuring secure and valuable deployment across the company. They will also build and expand the Agentic capability, converting video captures into executable agentic workflows and automation code. This position requires owning the end-to-end strategy for Observe, including video capture, telemetry ingestion, persona configuration, clickstream processing, and data collection. The role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and multi-release plan for the Video to Code pipeline and the broader agent creation ecosystem, leveraging multimodal ingestion, semantic understanding, and hybrid AI architectures. The Product Owner will establish scalable enterprise patterns for video-to-API code generation, aiming for significant delivery velocity. Collaboration with Technology and SkanAI is key to shaping the value stream from data capture to agent execution. Defining compliance, control, and model assurance standards (PII redaction, safe-use patterns, governance) is also a core responsibility. The role includes developing enterprise guidelines for process mapping, mining, behavioral clustering, and insight generation to identify automation opportunities, and shaping/operating O2A experimentation frameworks with Tech teams. Finally, the Product Owner will own the strategy for integrating open-source multimodal and agentic models into the agent creation pipeline and define requirements for foundational platform services.

Requirements

Experience in digital product management experience, or equivalent through professional experience.
Technical expertise in multimodal machine learning, generative AI workflows, agent architectures, and automation design.
Demonstrated ability to define and scale enterprise grade AI or automation capabilities.
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design operationally scalable and compliant AI systems.
Proven experience influencing senior leadership and technical teams, shaping strategy and prioritization.
Track record of delivering complex AI enabled services across multiple engineering organizations.
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, vision, and enterprise-scale development of the Observe to Agent (O2A) platform.
Define and scale the enterprise Observe capability and its operating model.
Build and expand the Agentic capability that converts raw video captures into executable agentic workflows/code.
Own the end-to-end strategy for Observe, spanning video capture, telemetry ingestion, persona configuration, clickstream processing, and data collection across diverse business domains.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and multi-release plan for the Video to Code pipeline and broader agent creation ecosystem.
Leverage multimodal ingestion, semantic understanding, and hybrid deterministic + LLM architectures aligned with the O2A roadmap.
Establish scalable enterprise patterns for video-to-API code generation, enabling transformational delivery velocity.
Partner with Technology and SkanAI to define the seamless transition from Observe Analyze Optimize Run, shaping the end-to-end value stream from data capture to agent execution.
Define compliance, control, and model assurance standards—including PII redaction, safe-use patterns, and governance workflows.
Develop enterprise guidelines for process mapping, mining, behavioral clustering, and insight generation to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Shape and operate O2A experimentation frameworks in collaboration with Tech (e.g., Cloud PC environments, Digital Identity, containerized deployments).
Own the strategy for integrating open-source multimodal and agentic models (e.g., Gamma3, large action models) into the agent creation pipeline.
Define requirements for foundational platform services such as structured insights extraction, ontology and knowledge graph generation, clickstream mapping, and automated workflow generation.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams—including Data Science, AI Engineering, Skan Configurators, and Platform Engineering.
