About The Position

As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a key role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will manage the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the product portfolio. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Relevant semiconductor capital equipment Engineering or Product Management experience with complex systems and effect on wafer results.
Etch product knowledge highly preferred.
Familiarity with refurbishment of products and subsystems.

Responsibilities

Creates product and project vision working with Marketing, Business Development, and Senior Leadership.
Defines project scope, success criteria, and business objectives. Manages Engineering Priority List (EPL) and Project Priority List (PPL) projects.
As an expert on the product, leads customer specification responses as part of order fulfillment and slotting processes.
Participates in system configuration reviews and ensures customer needs are addressed as translated into the sales order so that the build can commence without interruption.
