Product Owner II (DBX – Batch, Data & Migration)

M&T Bank•Buffalo, NY
•$123,600 - $206,000

About The Position

The Technology Product Owner owns technical capabilities supporting the Digital Banking Experience (DBX), with a primary focus on data migration, customer conversion, batch processing, data integration, and related platform capabilities. The role manages and prioritizes a technology backlog, refines requirements, accepts stories, manages dependencies, and plans delivery. Working within Technology, the Product Owner partners with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and Operations. Business and Product partners define business needs, rules, customer outcomes, and the overall purpose and scope; the Technology Product Owner turns that direction into an actionable technology backlog and drives the technical capabilities needed to deliver those outcomes. The role also supports migration readiness and production operations by incorporating validation, reconciliation, exception handling, monitoring, recovery, support, and rollback requirements into delivery plans. The position is located in Buffalo, New York.
