  • Strong attention to detail and comfort keeping many requests moving at once.
  • High ownership, with the ability to finish tasks and close loops without being chased.
  • Comfort working across many teams and following up persistently and politely.
  • Fluency with work tools such as Linear or Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • A habit of using AI tools to speed up repetitive work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth startup, and readiness to work hard.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.

  • Maintain a due diligence answer library and document repository, including corporate documents, organizational charts, policies, and audit and security reports, ensuring information is current, accurate, and reusable.
  • Conduct a weekly review of the Linear board to ensure owners, statuses, priorities, and due dates are set; flag stale or blocked work and triage incoming requests from other teams with sufficient context.
  • Keep Sales, Support, Risk, and Partnerships informed about product releases and changes.
  • Coordinate launch checklists, capture decisions, and drive follow-ups from product meetings.
  • Run small cross-functional projects end to end.
  • Prepare roadmap snapshots, release notes, and status summaries for leadership.
  • Conduct competitive, market, and vendor research and turn inputs into clear memos.

Benefits
