About The Position

Paxos is rebuilding financial infrastructure to make the movement of assets more accessible, efficient, and trustworthy. The company builds blockchain infrastructure for tokenizing, custodying, trading, and settling assets for financial institutions.

The Product Operations team connects customers and products. It manages stablecoin operations, supports customer experiences, and works with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to develop and implement products.

As a Product Operations Associate, you will work across operations, product, and technology to help deliver a reliable customer experience. This hands-on role offers opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects, learn how a global crypto platform operates, and explore different projects and potential career paths within fintech.

Requirements

• Be early in your career, with roughly 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Be based in or willing to work from the New York City office.
• Be a detail-oriented problem solver who can work in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Be curious and interested in learning how money moves in the digital age.
• Be comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Fintech experience or a genuine interest in crypto or blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Manage crypto and fiat transfers that support major financial institutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design workflows and systems that scale products.
• Investigate customer issues, analyze data trends, and implement solutions.
