About The Position

CareBridge Health, part of Elevance Health’s Carelon business, is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the efficiency, coordination, and effectiveness of product development. The role works across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Learning & Development, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success to improve the processes, tools, and workflows that enable reliable, scalable technology delivery. It also supports product-team scalability by streamlining shared activities and providing visibility into product performance, including feature adoption and utilization. The analyst will support product execution, system monitoring, and performance reporting. This includes maintaining product-development tools and workflows, coordinating releases and cross-functional work, documenting processes, managing product-tool vendors, monitoring systems and integrations, and building dashboards and reports. The role contributes to delivering technology that meets the needs of care teams and providers and supports CareBridge’s mission of providing timely, effective, compassionate care. This is a primarily virtual, full-time role. Required in-person training may apply, and candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of the posting location unless an accommodation is granted. The position is classified as non-management, exempt, and 1st shift.

Requirements

A BA/BS and at least 3 years of related business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

3–6 years of experience in product operations, product/program management, technical writing, or business operations within healthcare or technology.
Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira, GitHub, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or SQL to support data-driven decisions.
Experience with workflow mapping, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
Familiarity with knowledge management and in-app education tools such as GitBook, Chameleon, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting healthcare technology, preferably in value-based care, and working with third-party vendors or integrations.

Responsibilities

Own systems and tools that support day-to-day product development and delivery, including measuring product adoption and increasing end-user awareness of functionality through the Product Analytics Suite.
Support backlog grooming, release readiness, and delivery tracking in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads.
Document and improve product operations processes, including intake, prioritization, release tracking, user suggestions, and change management.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep product initiatives on track and ensure clear communication between teams.
Create and maintain product documentation and help facilitate internal training and rollout coordination for new releases.
Manage relationships with product-tool vendors, including contracts, licensing, renewals, and support escalations.
Monitor the health of key systems and integrations using dashboards and feedback loops, and escalate detected risks or errors.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define alerting and triage workflows for system incidents or downtime.
Maintain dashboards and reports showing product delivery progress, adoption trends, and operational metrics.
Track and share product engagement and issue trends to support prioritization and product decision-making.
