About The Position

CareBridge Health, a member of the Elevance Health family of companies within the Carelon business, is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support efficient, coordinated, and effective product development. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Learning & Development, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success to improve the processes, tools, and workflows that support technology delivery. It helps scale the Product team by streamlining shared activities, improving operational processes, and providing insights into product performance, including feature adoption and utilization. The position contributes to reliable, scalable technology solutions aligned with the needs of care teams and providers. This role supports product operations and execution, systems mapping and monitoring, and insights and performance visibility. It owns and supports product tools and processes, coordinates delivery and release activities, maintains product documentation and performance reporting, and works with teams and vendors to help ensure product initiatives and systems operate effectively. The role is virtual full-time, except for required in-person training sessions when indicated. Requirements

BA/BS and at least 3 years of related business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

3–6 years of experience in product operations, product/program management, technical writing, or business operations within healthcare or technology.
Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira, GitHub, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or SQL to support data-driven decisions.
Experience with workflow mapping, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
Familiarity with knowledge management and in-app education tools such as GitBook, Chameleon, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting healthcare technology, preferably in value-based care, and working with third-party vendors or integrations.

Responsibilities

Own systems and tools that support day-to-day product development and delivery, including measuring adoption and raising end-user awareness of new and existing functionality through the Product Analytics Suite.
Support backlog grooming, release readiness, and delivery tracking in collaboration with product managers and engineering leads.
Document and improve product operations processes, including intake, prioritization, release tracking, user suggestions, and change management.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep product initiatives on track and ensure clear communication between teams.
Create and maintain product documentation, and help facilitate internal training and rollout coordination for releases.
Manage relationships with product tool vendors, including contracts, licensing, renewals, and support escalations.
Monitor key systems and integrations through dashboards and feedback loops, escalating detected risks or errors.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define alerting and triage workflows for system incidents or downtime.
Maintain dashboards and reports on product delivery progress, adoption trends, and operational metrics.
Track and share product engagement and issue trends to support prioritization and product decisions.
