The Role: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing Product Marketing team at a pivotal moment in Botify’s growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll work alongside our Product Marketing Leads to support the full spectrum of product marketing, from feature releases and product launches to competitive intelligence and sales enablement. This role sits at the center of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact on how we bring Botify’s products to market and enable our teams to win.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Product Marketing experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience across core PMM pillars: GTM, product launches, messaging & positioning, sales enablement, competitive/market intelligence
  • Track record of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced setting
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical products into business value
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive when things are moving quickly and priorities shift
  • Collaborative by nature, with strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write crisp, compelling copy for multiple audiences
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry, enterprise buying cycles, and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with search, digital discoverability, AI-powered search experiences, or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, Claude, video tools like Descript and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Marketing Leads to launch new products and solutions
  • Translate technical product information into clear customer-facing messaging that communicates benefits and differentiation
  • Develop persona-based messaging and sales tools that help revenue teams tailor Botify’s value to key buyers and influencers
  • Develop sales assets, training materials, and content that help revenue teams move deals through the pipeline
  • Maintain competitive battlecards and resources that support field readiness
  • Support Botify’s product innovation motion, packaging new capabilities into compelling customer stories, market updates, and enablement that help teams communicate value and drive adoption.
  • Develop content for webinars, events, product insights, sales emails, and other marketing programs
  • Keep marketing materials, sales collateral, and feature guides current with Botify’s latest messaging and product updates
  • Track feedback, engagement, and adoption signals to improve launch, release, and enablement programs
