About The Position

The Product Marketing Specialist will execute global Product Marketing strategy, communicating campaign plans to stakeholders and managing projects for timely deliverables. This role involves assisting in the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, and maintaining marketing automation, CRM, and reporting workflows. The specialist will also focus on understanding the competitive landscape, driving demand, executing client acquisition and cross-selling strategies, and supporting market research to identify new opportunities and refine product messaging. Collaboration with product management, business, and sales teams is key to crafting compelling content and ensuring sales teams have the necessary knowledge. The role also involves fostering a continuous feedback loop with sales and business managers and communicating campaign performance to stakeholders. The position requires the use of UL-approved AI tools for marketing tasks and adherence to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and security practices.

Responsibilities

  • Executes global Product Marketing strategy, communicating campaign plans to stakeholders, and managing projects for timely deliverables.
  • Assist in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content marketing, events, webinars, SEO, and ABM.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
  • Help maintain marketing automation, CRM, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Understand competitive landscape and drive demand.
  • Executes client acquisition and cross-selling strategies to grow pipeline and sales.
  • Supports market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure product messaging is properly targeted.
  • Gathers insights from PowerBI and other sources to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.
  • Collaborates with product management, business, and sales teams to craft compelling content for the website and across the marketing funnel to drive product awareness and purchase, while ensuring that sales has the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings.
  • Partners with sales and business managers to foster a continuous feedback loop.
  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders on marketing campaign performance.
  • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.
  • Uses UL-approved AI tools to perform marketing tasks efficiently.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
