Product Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Strategy Specialist at Tribal Credit, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing customer insights to enhance our customer relationships and drive data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the market ecosystem and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will lead the pricing strategy and contribute to various projects that generate value-added analyses and insights. • Gather, analyze, and report insights to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends
• Play a key role in improving customer relationships through product and feature recommendations and strategic growth
• Bring the voice of the customer to strategic decision-making and prioritize customer-centricity
• Monitor and analyze the ecosystem and competitors' products, marketing, and strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Product, and Product Marketing to gather pricing insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Lead the pricing strategy and provide in-depth understanding of pricing performance and best practices
• Participate in projects to generate data-driven analyses and insights
• Have 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, Finance, or a relevant field
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Possess strong analytical capability and effective communication skills
• Be proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be fluent in Spanish and English
• Have an agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work

• 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, Finance, or any relevant field
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
