About The Position

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the Solution Owner for SAP HANA Cloud. This field-facing leadership role drives the commercial success of SAP HANA Cloud both as a standalone database offering and as an integral part of our broader SAP Business Data Cloud and Business AI Platform strategies.

Requirements

  • Deep database market knowledge with understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Proven experience in pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise software or cloud services
  • Strong grasp of modern data architectures and AI/ML workload requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to present to executive and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in product marketing or solution ownership roles
  • Strong conflict management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Track record of driving measurable business results in competitive technology markets
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes and deal support methodologies
  • Functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive product positioning and messaging for SAP HANA Cloud in competitive database markets
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that differentiate SAP HANA Cloud as a market-leading database-as-a-service solution
  • Drive business success by positioning unique capabilities optimized for modern AI workloads
  • Own pricing and packaging strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
  • Provide expert deal support and manage exception approval processes
  • Lead sunset process management for legacy offerings and transitions
  • Design and deliver comprehensive field enablement programs for sales and partner teams
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales organizations to align go-to-market strategies
  • Serve as primary field-facing spokesperson and subject matter expert for SAP HANA Cloud
