About The Position

Product Marketing Management is a strategic, high-impact function responsible for envisioning, planning, and executing the development, launch, and continuous optimization of our products. In this role, you will serve as the pivotal bridge connecting cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, with our stakeholders and customers. Your mission will be to drive alignment, champion the product vision, and ensure long-term market success. The Product Marketing Manager will help shift the organization from a product focused approach to customer outcome and application focused GTM model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related technical/scientific field.
  • 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven ability to dissect complex challenges, find root causes, and implement structured solutions.
  • Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn, synthesize, and comfortably discuss technical or scientific information. Ability to translate technical products into customer value.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and product gaps and develop 3–5-year product road maps.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product champion and subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams (Sales, R&D) and external customers.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative VoC research to translate current and future market needs into actionable product requirements, technical specifications, and robust release plans.
  • Research, analyze, and identify global market opportunities to fuel the product pipeline and expansion strategies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, tracking post-launch adoption and iterating based on performance metrics.
  • Drive new products commercial launch planning, develop differentiated positioning, and create value proposition specific to specific verticals, applications, and Ideal Customer Profiles.
