About The Position

Synera is seeking a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This role is the first of its kind, focusing on the bottom-of-the-funnel and bridging the gap between deep product knowledge and market-facing communication. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring engineering buyers understand Synera's value proposition, how it integrates with their existing tool stacks, and why adopting agentic AI is crucial. Additionally, they will focus on showcasing real-world use cases and the ease of use for engineers. The role involves building content, crafting narratives, and developing reusable assets for various channels and touchpoints. The Product Marketing Manager will own product messaging end-to-end and collaborate with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners across website, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events.

Requirements

  • Resonate with Synera's Core Values.
  • 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing, ideally in engineering software, simulation, CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software, with an understanding of how engineers work.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to translate complex technical workflows into resonant narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create highly efficient processes with attention to detail.
  • AI-first mindset and excitement about building AI-supported content workflows from scratch.
  • High ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • German is strongly preferred.

  • French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build content, narratives, and reusable assets for various channels and touchpoints.
  • Own product messaging end-to-end.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, the Chief Product Officer, Sales, Customer Success, technical SMEs, the Partner Marketing team, and channel owners.
  • Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create competitive comparisons and battlecards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on content for expansion campaigns.
  • Optimize product landing pages and portal sign-ups.
  • Build demo videos and use Synera to create demos.
  • Establish a product marketing content engine with reusable assets.
  • Ensure product messaging is consistent across all platforms.
  • Develop re-engagement campaigns for lost deals.
  • Operate product marketing content as a repeatable function, supported by AI-first workflows and documented SOPs.
