About The Position

This role involves building engineering agents and workflows, transforming them into clear learning content, and presenting the company's solutions. The Learning Content Developer will work closely with external add-in partners to translate their solutions into practical learning experiences, aiming to drive product adoption and user value. The position is part of the Academy team and sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Product, and Engineering, ensuring content is technically grounded, user-centric, and impactful.

Requirements

  • University degree (MSc) in mechanical, automotive, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the engineering domain.
  • Hands-on work with engineering software, ideally in product development or technical enablement.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and add-ins at the right level of detail to create customer value.
  • A structured, process-driven engineering mindset.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging, and didactically strong learning content that inspires users.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys presenting technical topics in webinars, conferences, or customer-facing formats.
  • Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment in working across product management, software development, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
  • Confident English communication skills for internal and external communication.

Nice To Haves

  • German language skills for communication with DACH customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop low-code-focused learning content for customer value realization.
  • Create workflows enabling customers to utilize partner add-ins.
  • Discuss and align on technical details, requirements, and objectives with stakeholders including external add-in developers, Synera software developers, product management, and Academy members.
  • Transform training content into tutorials or eLearning modules for the Learning Management System and internal learning material.
  • Own content quality through feedback gathering, retrospectives, and continuous improvement aligned with product development and company mission.
  • Collect user feedback and share ideas with product managers to improve software.
  • Represent Synera and its add-in ecosystem externally through webinars, conferences, partner calls, and customer-facing content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to create engaging learning experiences that drive awareness, adoption, and fast time to value for new add-ins.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and inspiringly to help customers understand add-in functionality and value.
  • Enable customer success, support partner launches, and transform technical capabilities into scalable product adoption.
  • Drive product adoption by creating deep technical learning content, recording videos, and publishing via software releases and the learning management system.
  • Create market awareness by presenting marketing-focused versions of learning content in webinars or creating videos and other formats.
  • Become deeply familiar with Synera’s low-code ecosystem and navigate complex workflows and add-in combinations.
  • Act as a trusted technical counterpart for external add-in partners to accelerate adoption through high-quality learning content and enablement strategies.
  • Help establish scalable standards and best practices for technical partner content creation, presentation, and maintenance.
  • Contribute measurably to add-in adoption, customer enablement, and the growth of Synera’s partner ecosystem.
  • Potentially grow into technical partner management, strategic ecosystem enablement, public-facing evangelism, or become a leading expert in scalable engineering education and adoption.
