About The Position

Hilo by Aktiia is a venture-backed scale-up company focused on developing technology to help people control high blood pressure. Their innovative product is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily life, holding CE Marking as a Class IIa medical device and FDA clearance. The company operates on a remote-first model with headquarters in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The Senior Brand and Content Manager will be responsible for the overall brand presence across content, campaigns, and communications, leading content strategy, messaging, creative briefing, and brand measurement in key markets. This is a hands-on role requiring the development of plans, briefs, and messaging, as well as collaboration with agencies and stakeholders to launch campaigns. The role involves close partnership with the Head of Design, Paid Acquisition Lead, and cross-functional teams including Product, Scientific, PR, Events, and Commercial to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver content and campaigns that build awareness, trust, and consideration.
  • Ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right moments.
  • Own Hilo's content strategy across channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop clear messaging frameworks and maintain a consistent brand voice across markets.
  • Oversee content planning across brand, campaign, SEO, and educational content.
  • Use data, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows to continuously improve performance.
  • Develop creative strategies and briefs that drive effective top-of-funnel marketing.
  • Lead agency briefing and creative development processes.
  • Ensure creative output reflects audience insight, commercial priorities, and brand standards.
  • Establish and track key brand metrics, including awareness, recall, search interest, and share of voice.
  • Partner with the data team to understand performance and areas for improvement.
  • Help position Hilo as the most trusted name in continuous blood pressure monitoring.
  • Work closely with Design, Product, Scientific, Commercial, PR, Events, and external partners to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  • Coordinate campaigns and content across stakeholders while maintaining quality and alignment.
  • Manage agency and freelance relationships where required.
