About The Position

SpyCloud is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for its Identity Threat Intelligence solution area. The role is responsible for explaining the value and differentiation of SpyCloud’s threat intelligence offerings to security operations, threat intelligence, fraud, and identity audiences, and for helping define what effective marketing looks like in a high-growth area that includes AI-powered investigations. Product marketing experience is welcome but not required; candidates with relevant experience as threat researchers, CTI analysts, investigators, sales engineers, product managers, or engineers are also encouraged to apply. The position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and works closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Content, Customer Success, and Product, especially the Investigations product team. It has ownership across market research, competitive intelligence, messaging, launches, sales enablement, demand generation, customer engagement, and go-to-market measurement. The role is remote-first and collaborative, with occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal planning sessions. The role also uses AI to scale research and marketing programs, while ensuring generated materials are validated with internal experts and subject matter experts. The Product Marketing Manager tracks how AI is changing threat intelligence and investigations, and how buyers intend to use it. SpyCloud’s mission is to make the internet safer by disrupting the criminal underground.
