About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated IoT Product Marketing Manager to define and execute positioning, promotion, and market adaptation for our IoT Consumer processors and solutions. The scope covers IOT Consumer, Commercial and Industrial Processors. This role involves close partnership with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate both existing and emerging markets, and to implement robust go-to-market strategies. It's a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of our IoT solutions and drive growth in a dynamic market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development, or a Master’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, leadership, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to maintain hands-on proficiency.
  • Experience in technology products and/or semiconductor chipsets (hardware and software).
  • Proven success collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, including negotiation, influence, and executive-level presentations.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and accountable for delivering business outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to share knowledge and mentor others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design wins and revenue growth by promoting IoT products to priority segments and target customers.
  • Develop market strategy through ongoing analysis of trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with Product Management to define go-to-market plans, ensuring new products meet customer and market requirements.
  • Deliver sales enablement, including product training and technical collateral, for Sales and FAEs.
  • Present technical product value through customer presentations, demonstrations, and training on hardware and software capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact to translate requirements and align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent IEIOT at customer engagements and industry events to promote solutions and support adoption.
