About The Position

Intapp is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its AI Dealmaking Solutions. This role will focus on product marketing for an assigned part of Intapp's AI dealmaking offering, serving private capital markets (PCM) and investment banking and advisory (IB&A) firms. The position involves owning messaging, product launches, and sales enablement, translating platform capabilities into tools for sellers and field feedback into product improvements. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with the backing of a market leader. This is a career-level (P3) role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, AI Dealmaking Solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience owning the messaging and launch of at least one product end-to-end.
  • Financial services exposure, with familiarity with private capital or investment banking workflows, or a demonstrated ability to build domain fluency quickly.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for senior buyers and sellers.
  • Launch experience, having led or co-led a launch across product, sales, marketing, and post-sales.
  • Data-driven approach, comfortable working with GTM performance data, pipeline, win/loss, usage, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong seller EQ and empathy, with experience building adopted playbooks, battlecards, and objection handling.
  • Client empathy, seeking out data and feedback to inform work.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, pricing, sales, and marketing in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging, including persona, message map, and solution bill of materials.
  • Distill value proposition into buyer-recognized business outcomes, validate with customers and sales, and refine based on market response.
  • Own the buyer and feedback loop, planning and running customer discovery, maintaining persona and ICP, and holding regular client-insight cadences.
  • Synthesize field feedback into structured input for positioning, packaging, pricing, and roadmap.
  • Own the competitive story, running a win/loss program, producing competitive summaries and landscape analysis, building battlecards, and briefing sellers.
  • Own the go-to-market plan, shaping motion, channel, and timing, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
  • Contribute structured analysis and recommendations for packaging and pricing decisions, including usage-based mechanics.
  • Lead product launches end-to-end, owning RACI, preparing product, sales, marketing, and post-sales teams, and tracking readiness through to adoption.
  • Build the enablement toolkit, owning objection-handling best practices, talk tracks, and FAQs, and delivering product training.
  • Carry the story outward by briefing demand generation on campaign messaging, recommending case study angles, owning the reference program, and leading analyst briefings.
  • Measure and optimize GTM performance reporting for the product, identifying leaks, and providing recommendations and OKR input.
