Product Marketing Manager

The job overview for this role is that Airbase is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with experience in finance, accounting, procurement, or the fintech space. The manager will be responsible for the go-to-market launch process for new products and key components of the Airbase platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. They will also act as a subject matter expert on key product areas, providing messaging, value propositions, and support for sales and marketing programs. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for enabling post-sales teams, understanding customer challenges, and bringing market insights to support product planning.

• Own the go-to-market launch process for new products and key components of the Airbase platform
• Provide strategy, messaging, and coordination for structured launches to drive adoption and sales success
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams from Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.
• Work closely with Product Managers to support product launch and success in the market
• Develop a deep understanding of the Airbase product and act as a subject matter expert
• Provide messaging, value propositions, benefits, and materials to support sales and marketing programs
• Enable post-sales teams by providing messaging, collateral, competitive intelligence, and support
• Understand the challenges faced by finance, accounting, and procurement teams
• Synthesize a compelling message that resonates with customers, prospects, and stakeholders
• Research and understand the market, share competitive intelligence, and provide market insights to support product planning.

• Experience in finance, accounting, procurement, or in the fintech space
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by finance, accounting, and procurement teams
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate structured product launches
• Knowledge of product management and ability to support product teams
• Deep understanding of the Airbase product and features
• Ability to provide messaging, value propositions, and material to support sales and marketing programs
• Experience in enabling post-sales teams and providing them with messaging, collateral, and competitive intelligence
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to synthesize a compelling message that resonates with customers, prospects, and stakeholders
