About The Position

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own how Steadily brings new and existing insurance products to market across our core audiences: landlords, independent insurance agents and agencies, and B2B PropTech partners. This person will translate product strategy into clear positioning, compelling messaging, stronger launches, and measurable adoption. They will help us sharpen how we market new insurance products to landlords and agents, improve the positioning of our embedded insurance solutions for partners, and identify opportunities to expand product adoption through cross-sell and up-sell. The right candidate is a strategic operator and strong storyteller: someone who can understand complex insurance products, distill them into simple market-facing narratives, and create the GTM structure needed to drive adoption across multiple audiences and channels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, partner marketing, insurance, fintech, PropTech, marketplace, or another complex product environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Experience launching products across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Strong writing, positioning, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, launch plans, campaign briefs, pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer- or partner-facing collateral.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Lifecycle, and Customer Experience.
  • Commercial instincts and comfort working close to product adoption, customer expansion, and partner growth.
  • Strong customer and market research instincts, including comfort interviewing customers, agents, partners, or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to create structure where it does not yet exist.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, embedded insurance, PropTech, real estate, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience marketing to independent agents, agencies, channel partners, or B2B platform partners.
  • Experience supporting both direct-to-consumer and B2B go-to-market motions.
  • Experience with cross-sell, up-sell, lifecycle, or customer expansion campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging: Develop clear, differentiated positioning for Steadily’s insurance products across landlord, agent, and partner audiences. Translate complex insurance products into simple value propositions by audience, use case, and channel.
  • Lead GTM planning for product launches: Build go-to-market plans for new insurance products, including audience definition, messaging, launch strategy, channel inputs, campaign needs, and success metrics. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Partnerships, Web, Brand, Customer Experience, and Sales to bring launches to market.
  • Market to landlords and independent agents: Create product marketing strategies and materials that help landlords and independent insurance agents understand Steadily’s products and why they matter.
  • Strengthen B2B partner positioning: Improve how we position and market Steadily’s embedded insurance solutions to PropTech partners, including property managers, marketplaces, lenders, and related platforms. Develop messaging and collateral that support partner-facing campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Support sales and partner enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships on product marketing materials such as product one-pagers, pitch decks, product explainers, partner-facing collateral, competitive messaging, and launch briefs.
  • Drive product adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell: Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities to expand adoption among existing customers and partners. Develop audience-specific messaging for customers who may benefit from additional Steadily products.
  • Bring market insights into product and GTM strategy: Build a deep understanding of our customers, agents, partners, competitors, and market dynamics. Use customer research, frontline feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to inform positioning, messaging, and launch strategy.
  • Create scalable GTM systems: Build repeatable processes for product launches, messaging development, internal alignment, and performance tracking so that Steadily can bring products to market with more speed, clarity, and consistency.
