Langfuse is an open-source LLM Engineering Platform that helps teams build useful AI applications through tracing, evaluation, and prompt management. Now part of ClickHouse, Langfuse aims to be the 'Datadog' for LLM observability. The platform is trusted by numerous large companies and has a significant open-source presence. The company is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to define and execute the market strategy for Langfuse. This is a senior individual contributor role with a focus on product marketing strategy and execution across positioning, launches, website narrative, funnel optimization, customer proof, onboarding, sales collateral, and communicating the value of Langfuse to technical users. While people management is a possibility for the future, the immediate focus is on strategic judgment and excellent execution. The ideal candidate has prior experience marketing technical products to developers, understanding the importance of specificity, usefulness, technical honesty, and product trialability. The role involves building category narratives as well as refining specific marketing assets like onboarding emails, pricing pages, launch posts, sales decks, and conversion reports.
