Product Marketing Lead, Stablecoins
About The Position
Paxos is rebuilding financial infrastructure to be more efficient, inclusive, and trustworthy. The Product Marketing team plays a crucial role in Paxos' growth by bridging product, sales, and marketing. They shape roadmaps with market insights, equip the sales team with compelling narratives, and drive successful product launches for enterprise clients. This team combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to articulate the value of complex blockchain solutions and drive adoption of Paxos' infrastructure and tokenized assets. As the Product Marketing Lead for Stablecoins, you will be responsible for the positioning and go-to-market strategy of Paxos' stablecoin offerings and issuance platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to increase the adoption of assets like USDG among diverse customers in exchanges, fintech, payments, DeFi, and banking. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence communication of complex technology to sophisticated enterprise clients and to shape the perception of broad market-facing asset brands.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of success in B2B technology or financial services
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and proven ability to enable sales teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
- Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Drive the product marketing strategy for Paxos' stablecoin offerings, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market insights and customer feedback
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials and train sales teams on effectively positioning our stablecoins and issuance capabilities
- Lead product launches from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful execution
- Create thought leadership content that establishes Paxos as the leader in blockchain infrastructure
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
