About The Position

Bolo AI is seeking a founding product marketer to help establish a category-defining company in the AI for heavy industry sector. This role involves working closely with the founder to translate customer traction, product depth, and company vision into a strong market presence. The product marketer will be responsible for positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer proof, and content creation. This is a unique opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up in a large, underserved market that is ready for AI solutions tailored to its operational realities. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the Palo Alto office, with some minimal travel expected. The role emphasizes understanding the customer's world firsthand by participating in sales calls and customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen judgment for differentiating great marketing from mediocre.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to measurable results.
  • Fluency in using AI tools in daily marketing practices, with examples of work built and scaled using them.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a low-structure environment; preference for building playbooks rather than inheriting them.
  • Ambition to grow into product marketing leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own Bolo's positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across the website, sales materials, and all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop enablement materials that drive deals forward, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Translate new product capabilities into clear and compelling launches and communications, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Develop customer deployments into credible proof points and case studies for a technical industrial audience.
  • Maintain a consistent content rhythm across the website, LinkedIn, and email channels.
  • Manage agency and freelance partners, including the events agency, to ensure high quality and a unified message.
  • Integrate AI into all marketing workflows to maximize output and efficiency for a single individual.
