About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Marketer to join Recentive’s core product and go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll own how our products are positioned, launched, and understood by the market—with a constant focus on driving adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value. You’ll collaborate closely across product, sales, and customer teams to ensure our messaging reflects real customer needs and clear differentiation. You understand that great products don’t sell themselves—and that your job doesn’t end—but is just beginning—after every launch.

Responsibilities

  • Storytelling & Positioning: Synthesize product capabilities, customer insights, and market context into clear, compelling positioning and messaging. Translate complexity into clarity—helping customers quickly understand why our products matter and how they fit into their world.
  • Go-to-Market Ownership: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and usage. Monitor launch performance and adoption metrics, analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to refine messaging and strategy.
  • Creating a Culture: Collaborate, communicate, and execute in a way that helps define how products are brought to market.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use objective signals to refine messaging and strategy. Keep a close eye on impact and outcomes from early hypotheses to post-launch optimization.
  • Customer & Market Driven: Understand customer pain points, buying journeys, and motivations through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews. Shape how products are built, positioned, and sold.
  • Enabling Connectivity: Work across product, sales, customer success, and marketing, serving as a key connective thread across the ecosystem. Ensure teams are aligned around shared goals, clear expectations, and consistent communication.
