About The Position

SPS Commerce is seeking a Senior Corporate Product Marketer to lead Analyst Relations (AR) within their Corporate Product Marketing team. This role reports to the Corporate Product Marketing Director. The primary focus is on shaping the narrative and perception of SPS Commerce within the evolving categories of multi-enterprise supply chain networks, agentic supply chains, and AI-powered orchestration. The position involves managing relationships with key industry analysts from firms like Gartner, IDC, and Forrester, ensuring SPS Commerce's point of view is understood and influential in category definitions and buyer decision-making processes. This is a strategic role that requires deep engagement with analysts, not just transactional briefings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing or analyst relations.
  • Meaningful time spent directly managing Gartner, IDC, or Forrester relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of moving a company's position in Magic Quadrants, Waves, or MarketScapes, or equivalent work in establishing a company in a new category definition.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate internal stories into effective briefing narratives.
  • Experience translating analyst insight into concrete internal action (positioning shifts, competitive intelligence, GTM adjustments).
  • Comfort with executive preparation and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate independently and serve as the primary point of contact for analyst relations.

Nice To Haves

  • Supply chain, retail tech, or adjacent B2B enterprise software experience.
  • Familiarity with how AI and agentic capabilities are covered by analyst firms.
  • Experience building AR relationships from scratch or revitalizing stale ones.
  • Deep understanding of analyst reports and category evolution.
  • A point of view on the future direction of the supply chain technology category.
  • Experience managing up, including prepping senior executives (CEO, CPO) for analyst briefings and providing direct feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Gartner, IDC, and Forrester relationships end-to-end, building and running the AR program for these firms.
  • Manage analyst relationships by understanding their individual points of view, managing inquiry and briefing cadences, and ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Shape how industry categories like multi-enterprise networks, agentic intelligence, and supply chain AI are defined, influencing criteria and contributing language to emerging definitions.
  • Translate analyst insights back into the business, flagging perception gaps, surfacing competitive positioning shifts, and feeding intelligence to product marketing, product, and go-to-market leadership.
  • Run the briefing and inquiry motion with thorough preparation, shaping the narrative arc of conversations and using them to achieve specific positioning goals.
  • Prepare executives for analyst conversations, shape the narrative, and manage the interaction to advance positioning goals.
  • Push back on analyst framing when necessary and absorb insights that can sharpen the company's narrative.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Opportunities for growth and career development.
  • Training and visibility across roles.
