The Senior Director of Corporate Relations is responsible for overseeing all Corporate Relations employees and developing, executing and achieving UWTC’s corporate fundraising and relationship management objectives by growing and strengthening relationships with specific organizations and the employees within those organizations on a year-round basis. The Senior Director of Corporate Relations maximizes workplace giving through a concerted effort to establish, grow, and deepen relationships with company leadership, key influencers, stakeholders and donors with the goal of retaining the current donor base, while reaching new donors and growing revenue. The Senior Director of Corporate Relations will develop, implement and manage strategically guided multi-year plans directed at new business development. United Way of Tarrant County, a nonprofit leader in North Texas, mobilizes our community to action so all can thrive. We identify critical needs, foster collaboration, and invest in solutions that drive change. Through our four impact areas—community health, financial security, education and community resiliency—our programs serve more than 400,000 people each year. We also serve as the regional grantee for Tarrant County’s Area Agency on Aging (AAA), invest in and maintain a cooperative relationship with the state’s 211 call center. United Way of Tarrant County employs approximately 70 people dedicated to our mission.
