About The Position

Their platform transforms customer conversations and workflows into structured intelligence, helping organizations automate manual sales processes and improve go-to-market execution. The company recently raised a significant growth round and is experiencing strong momentum, including rapid month-over-month growth and expanding market adoption. Their team operates in a highly collaborative, in-person environment designed for speed, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. Our partner is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help define how new products and features are brought to market. Historically, the company has moved quickly on product innovation and is now investing heavily in the storytelling, positioning, and distribution side of product launches. This role is highly cross-functional and combines elements of product marketing, growth marketing, launch strategy, customer storytelling, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone comfortable building launch narratives, coordinating campaigns, working directly with customers, and helping the market understand why new product releases matter. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an important stage of scale, with the potential to grow into broader marketing leadership responsibilities over time.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related marketing role within a technology or startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear customer value
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating launches or campaigns
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Background in B2B SaaS, sales technology, or AI-driven products
  • Experience creating customer-facing marketing content, launch campaigns, or sales enablement materials

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product and growth teams to plan and execute product launches
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market narratives for new features and products
  • Own and manage launch distribution across channels including LinkedIn, email, customer communications, and digital campaigns
  • Build customer stories, case studies, and product narratives through direct customer conversations
  • Coordinate external launch initiatives including creative assets, influencer partnerships, and marketing campaigns
  • Support sales enablement efforts through materials such as battle cards and launch documentation
  • Manage customer newsletters and ongoing product communication initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, growth, and leadership teams
