About The Position

Infoblox is hiring a Product Manager to join its Office of the President team, reporting to the Senior Director, Business Strategy. The role works closely with sellers, sales leaders, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, IT, Security, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to provide an integrated experience across the go-to-market ecosystem. Work spans discovery and prioritization, data and AI quality, integrations, pilots, launch, adoption, and value realization. Success means reducing fragmented seller workflows and helping teams focus on relevant actions that improve productivity, conversion, retention, and expansion.

  • Define and improve AI-assisted product workflows, including prompts, evaluations, data processing, analytical and recommendation frameworks, feedback loops, and quality checks.
  • Define use cases, requirements, and prioritization for account, product-usage, engagement, intent, renewal, and pipeline signals, including how recommendations are explained and acted upon.
  • Lead pilot design and iteration, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, change management, enablement, and adoption planning from early access through broader rollout.
  • Build relationships with sellers, sales leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional partners; map workflows, user roles, data sources, systems, and dependencies.
  • Own validated roadmaps and prioritized requirements tied to user evidence, strategic outcomes, feasibility, and cost.
  • Define baselines, targets, and reporting for adoption, recommendation relevance, actions taken, seller productivity, and business value.
  • Align launch, enablement, data governance, integration, and operating plans with the teams needed to support scale.
