Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation.
  • 6 years of experience in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception to launch or product roadmapping.
  • 6 years of experience in developing product strategy and vision using user data.
  • 6 years of experience in leveraging competitive intelligence, and market trends or market analysis for product planning.
  • 6 years of experience in product evangelism to build user and customer communities or product marketing including liaising with regulatory bodies globally to help shape the regulatory landscape for digital products.
  • 6 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams or stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development of a compelling product vision and strategy by identifying user needs, analyzing market opportunities, and securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Own and define the product roadmap to align strategic goals with project milestones, ensuring it adapts to new inputs and GTM initiatives.
  • Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements by creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver solutions.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle by leading launches, ongoing maintenance, and feature deprecation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track key quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure product performance, validate market size, and inform data-driven decisions. Lead junior product managers, coaching all aspects of employee experience including technical product delivery and management of performance.
