Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management role in Banking, Insurance, Fintech
• Experience using AI tools for driving requirements, user stories and design
• Customer escalation management and driving roadmap-based expansion needs
• Experience in developing and managing integrated application projects, application and API requirements and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is required
• Exceptional design instincts and product experiences across platforms
• Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in a language other than French

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for Digital Agreements eSignature solutions.
• Develop a compelling, data-driven roadmap that aligns with company-wide OKRs and market opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to launch and embed AI and/or machine learning into our products to improve feature and functionality use to keep OneSpan at the forefront of the industry.
• Leverage deep knowledge of competitive landscape, features and services, user scenarios, specifications, and use cases to be used.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring new features from concept to production, translating technical complexity into value-driven product collateral.
• Define and track KPIs—including adoption rates, and ROI to measure product success to ensure these experiences effectively serve customer needs.
• Drive interaction and meetings with our customers and partners to gather customer feedback and gain insight into the use of our products and services.
