About The Position

This role requires a Product Manager with a strong technical background and extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various Salesforce clouds and experience with Agile methodologies, including specific prioritization techniques. Expertise in system documentation, APIs, and cloud environments is also essential.

Requirements

• 4-yr Technical Degree (Computer Science or equivalent)
• Certified Product Owner, Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) or 5+ years of related experience in Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Non-Profit Cloud, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Architecture, and Delivery
• 3+ yrs of experience utilizing different prioritization techniques such as MoSCow, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model
• Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Solid grasp of system documentation, including APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
