About The Position

FanDuel is seeking a Product Manager to improve games discovery within its Casino product. The role focuses on providing Casino users with seamless access to games they want to play, helping them discover new games, and encouraging continued app engagement. The Product Manager will understand and prioritize customer and product needs, define product vision and OKRs, and work with engineering, design, content, commercial, marketing, and operational teams to develop and deliver solutions. The position also involves monitoring performance and making post-launch improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to partner with engineers and designers to deliver successful products.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope, resources, time, and quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
• Experience using AI tools to support product management discovery and execution.

Responsibilities

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of product initiatives related to games discovery for FanDuel Casino.
• Maintain expertise in the product domain, market, and competitors.
• Assess product opportunities and lead ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational teams to deliver and launch products successfully.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track and objectively report product performance and OKRs.
