Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
Exposure to product development, business analysis, consulting, engineering, design, customer success, or project management
Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management & collaboration tools (Monday.com, Miro, etc.)
Experience with Customer Relationship Platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce)
Familiarity with Agile principles and iterative product development

Responsibilities

Gather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback
Support product launch planning and execution
Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoption
Develop product requirements and business cases
Manage projects for key customer initiatives
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fit
